Name and Email Address: We collect your Name and Email address for App Functionality and Personalization purposes. This collection is required to use the app.
User IDs: We collect User IDs associated with your accounts for Account Management, App Functionality, and Personalization.
Third-Party Accounts: Our App does not support direct internal account creation but allows access to third-party accounts (e.g., Suunto) created according to their respective service instructions.
Payment Information: We collect User payment info (such as credit/debit/bank account numbers) to facilitate purchases and payments for App Functionality. We use your Purchase History for Analytics, Advertising, and Personalization. We do not share your sensitive financial account numbers with third-party advertisers.
Purchase History: We collect your purchase history for Analytics, Advertising, Personalization, and App Functionality.
Approximate and Precise Location: We collect and share your location data for App Functionality and Analytics. You can choose whether this data is collected via your device permissions (Optional).
Fitness Information: We collect fitness-related information for App Functionality, Analytics, and Personalization. You can choose whether this data is collected (Optional).
Photos and Files: We may collect Photos and other Files/Docs stored on your device for App Functionality and Personalization. You can choose whether this data is collected (Optional).

Device IDs: Device or other unique identifiers are collected and shared for Advertising, Analytics, App Functionality, Fraud Prevention, Security, and Personalization.
App Activity: We collect and share App Interactions (how you interact with the app) for Analytics and Functionality.
Diagnostics and Crash Logs: We collect and share Crash Logs and Performance Diagnostics to improve App Functionality and for Analytics.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Key Service Providers:
Mapbox: Used for displaying geographic maps and other location services. Note that Mapbox collects its own Geolocation Data ("Telemetry") which may be used for technical improvements to their service. You may be able to opt out of Mapbox's telemetry directly within the Mapbox elements in the app (e.g., by clicking the Mapbox logo and adjusting "Telemetry Settings").
Suunto: Used for account authentication and synchronizing fitness data if you link an existing Suunto account.
Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Analytics / Firebase): Used to track and analyze usage data, crash logs, and performance diagnostics to monitor and improve the App's performance and functionality.
We may share specific categories of data (Location, Device IDs, App Activity, Crash Logs, and Diagnostics) with third-party Service Providers as described above. Additionally:
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the sharing of certain data types (including Device IDs and Location data) for purposes like Advertising or Personalization may be considered a "sale" of data. We provide the mechanism to manage data collection via optional device permissions as detailed in the "Types of Data Collected" section.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Currently, the Application does not provide a direct method for users to request the deletion of their data within the app.
Your Right to Deletion: If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data, please contact us directly at contact@zenit-tracks.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' to initiate the deletion process.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means (such as SSL/TLS encryption) to protect Your Personal Data during transit and storage, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
